Order Processing
Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days, pending merchandise availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Note: We may get backlogged during sale events and holidays, which could delay your shipment.

Any 2nd Day orders received after 11:00 AM PT, on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Delivery to Hawaii and Alaska may take 3 business days.
Next Day Shipping:
Available to ship to all physical US addresses. Not available to ship to PO Boxes or APO/DPO addresses. Orders must be received by 11:00 AM PT (Monday through Friday) to ensure the order is processed the same day. Any Next Day orders received after 11:00 AM PT, on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Delivery to Hawaii and Alaska may take 2-3 business days.
Additional Shipping Notes:
All orders are shipped via UPS from our distribution center in Southern California. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the UPS website.Please ensure that you place your order with a correct and complete shipping address to prevent any delivery issues. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the address. PEARL iZUMi will not be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
